These Terms and Conditions apply to all members of Dance Events Management Ltd. By becoming a member or participating in any of our events, you agree to abide by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.
Membership
- Membership is currently free of charge and is open to anyone with an interest in attending our events.
- We reserve the right to refuse membership at our discretion.
- New member applications will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your submission.
- By becoming a member of Dance Events Management Ltd, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any damage, loss, or harm that may result from your membership.
Event Bookings
By registering for an event organized by Dance Events Management Ltd, you agree to the following:
- You have up to 14 days before a regional event to make any changes or amendments to your ticket requirements. After this deadline, you will be responsible for paying the full amount for the tickets ordered, and unused or unwanted wristbands cannot be returned.
- Deposits and payments for events are non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
- If the venue or date of an event changes due to circumstances beyond our control, your ticket remains valid, and no refund will be issued.
- If an event is cancelled by us, you are entitled to a full refund.
Conduct & Responsibility
Parents/Guardians
- You agree that as a parent or guardian, you are fully responsible for your child(ren) throughout the entire event. If you are unable to attend, you must ensure that a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) assumes responsibility for your child(ren).
- You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner and to ensure that children under your care behave appropriately.
- Inappropriate behavior by yourself or your child(ren) may result in being barred from future events and cancellation of your membership.
Dancers
- You understand that participating in dance activities is at your own risk. Any dance moves you perform are done at your own discretion and risk.
- If you have a medical condition that could be affected by physical activity, you confirm that you have sought medical advice before participating. If advised not to engage in physical activity, you accept responsibility for any injuries that may arise during the event.
- You grant permission to Dance Events Management Ltd and its partners to photograph or video you at events. You also consent to the use of these materials in promotional content or sales to the public.
- You are responsible for your own behavior and conduct during events. Inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of your membership and exclusion from future events.
Dance Teachers / Choreographers / Studio Owners
- As a dance teacher, choreographer, or studio owner, you are responsible for ensuring that members of your dance school behave in a professional and respectful manner during events.
- Misconduct by any members of your dance school may result in your group being asked to leave the event. This could also lead to a ban from future events for you and your school.
- You accept full responsibility for the behavior of your dance school and for any damage caused to property, accommodation, or the venue. You agree to cover any costs for damages incurred during the event.
