Ashley Joseph
Born in Newham, East London, and deeply connected to his St Lucian heritage, Ashley Joseph is a versatile talent in the world of entertainment. As a presenter, actor, and writer, his career spans an impressive array of high-profile events, television shows, and live performances.
Presenter Credits
Ashley has hosted major international events, including the Saudi Arabia Formula E Concerts for Live Nation, where he introduced global superstars such as Usher, Akon, and The Black Eyed Peas. Other notable presenting roles include The Caribbean Summertime Ball (Oval Cricket Ground), The St Lucian Prime Minister’s Gala (Royal Kensington Palace Gardens), Love Music Hate Racism Festival, Lovers and Friends, The World Hip-Hop Championships (SSE Arena), and the Sir Ashley J & DJ B-Radz Live Nation takeover show. Ashley has also been a prominent presenter for festivals like Latitude Festival, Dubai Music Week, MTV Base, and the BBC’s Radio 1 Hackney Weekend Festival. He took center stage during the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics torch relays for BBC and Channel 4 and has been a familiar face at dance competitions such as Serious About Street Dance Championships (Indigo O2) and the UK Street Dance Challenge Dance Championships.
His work also extends to the international Hip-Hop show BLAZE, where he performed in Holland, Bahrain, Belgium, Berlin, and Dubai. Additionally, Ashley is the presenter and co-creator of the UK’s hit improvised comedy show, ACTing Up!

On screen, Ashley has appeared as Clank in Robin Hood (CBeebies & BBC Films), and Gary in the award-winning series Justin’s House (BBC). His acting credits include roles in Doctors (BBC), EastEnders (BBC), All About the McKenzies (ITV2), Laur and Disorder (Masked Pony Productions), Lenny Henry’s Funny Black Singles (Leopard Films, BBC Comedy), Nicole and OJ (Amazon Prime), and many more.
Ashley also lends his voice to the character Jared in the award-winning animated series JoJo & Gran Gran, the first Black British-St Lucian series on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer. In addition to writing for the show, he has performed in renowned theatres across the UK, including Theatre Royal Stratford East, where his journey began in the Youth Theatre.
Ashley’s work as Co-Associate Director on the Olivier award-winning West End production Get Up Stand Up has been widely recognized, and he was recently part of the West End hit Shifters.
Writing & Creative Work
Ashley is an accomplished writer for both screen and stage. His credits include series 2 & 3 of the award-winning BBC series JoJo & Gran Gran, as well as Dog Squad (CBeebies) and Silly Sundays (Cartoon Network, HBO Max). He is currently writing for several new BBC series and Channel 5’s upcoming animated TV show in collaboration with Jellyfish Pictures. In addition, he is developing his own TV series and theatre show, and recently completed writing and directing the live show Supertato for the Discover Arts Centre in Stratford.
Ashley’s exceptional writing talent has earned him a Royal Television Society Award, cementing his reputation as a creative force in the industry.

B-Girl Roxy
A former World Trampolining Champion, Roxy has now established herself as a major force on the international breaking circuit having competed all around the globe. As one of the top b-girls on the planet for over 15 years, Roxy is well known for her incredible freezes and flexibility as well her effortless power. She is an amazing show performer with a mesmerising presence and has become one of the most influential breakers there is, opening doors for a whole generation of bgirls with her powerful and feminine style.
Roxy is an experienced professional dancer and has featured in countless stage shows, TV projects and commercials, such as the Royal Variety show, Cats the movie, Breaking Point movie, and the Beijing Olympics. She has an extensive list of accolades under her belt holding 2 Guinness World records for head spins, and having represented the UK at numerous international competitions including the UK B-Boy Championships World Finals, Battle of the Year World Finals, The Notorious IBE, Outbreak and being the first female to ever compete at the R16 world finals! She is a member of Heartbreakerz crew (an all female hop hop crew alongside some of the pioneers of breaking) and Plague, 2 x World Champion Street dance crew.
She is the 2 x 2022 solo national champion after winning the GB trials as part of the road to the Olympics, and Red Bull BC One UK
Claire Hough
Claire Hough aka Shortie Buck is one of the leading females in the UK Hip-Hop/Street Dance industry – specialising in KRUMP. With 15+ years of experience training in all styles, Claire made her mark by becoming one of the veterans of the UK KRUMP scene whilst being a core member of KRUMP Theatre pioneering group Buckness Personified. Credits include – Chase & Status Tour Visuals 2024, Anne-Marie Tour 2022, Little Simz, KSI, Nathan Dawe, Kojey Radcial, Lady Leshurr, Apple, Nike Guest Designer 2020, Adidas and Asos.
Claire regularly teaches nationally in higher education and both professional and community spaces. Offering classes in KRUMP, Hip-Hop choreography, foundation training and freestyle technique.
It is Claire’s aim to push for more equality across gender neutral roles and LGBTQIA+ representation in the dance industry. She was hired in a gender neutral role for Anne-Marie Dysfunctional Tour 2022, also performing at Hit Radio Live Liverpool, Radio 1’s Big Weekender and Capitals Summer Time Ball.
Claire has trained with the likes of Duwane Taylor, Kenrick “H20” Sandy (Boy Blue Entertainment), Botis Seva (Far From the Norm) and Kloe Dean. More recently Claire has become an event organiser, hosting KRUMP battle events (@forthekulturekrump).
DJ3D
DJ3D aka (Dre Da DJ) believes that his music should have a unique element where the public can be introduced to new sounds and genres of music. Not only will he play the mainstream songs and sounds that people love to hear, but he will always drop that ONE song that only a few may have never heard.
DJ3Ds experience expands throughout two decades from the golden age of hip-hop in the 90’s, to the now digital era of the millennium. DJ3D has a diverse style that meets all his clients demands from birthday parties, nightclubs, boat parties, corporate events, festivals, PAs etc he has played all over the UK & Europe.

Duwane Taylor
Duwane Taylor is a highly respected, versatile, and pioneering performer and choreographer from North London. His love for music led him to begin studying ballet and contemporary dance for two years at Barnet College in North London in 2006. During this time, he developed a love and passion for street dance styles and, over the next few years, began to train and gain as much knowledge as possible with the motto “versatility is key.”
Though versed in many street styles, he grew particularly close to the style of Krump and began to research, learn, and develop further in the Krump style. In 2012, Duwane created the pioneering Krump crew Buckness Personified. Buckness Personified has gone from strength to strength, changing the way Krump is viewed and perceived, making waves in the Krump community both nationally and internationally. Buckness Personified has been leading the Krump theatre movement and continually breaking barriers and boundaries for this often misunderstood style.

Emily Golding-Ellis
Emily has over ten years of professional performance experience in the dance industry and is signed to multiple agents in London. Her credits include Netflix Dance 100, Ed Sheeran, Brit Awards, ITV’s Dancing On Ice, Rhianna Fenty Beauty, Nike, Thriller UK, European and China tour, Coppelia UK Tour & much more.
Emily has experience in creating shows across all genres of movement such as, Commercial, Street dance styles, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Circus. Emily choreographed an Artist World Tour for the band Bring Me The Horizon, A night at the London Palladium for Savanna Darnell and her work has featured on major platforms such as the 02 Arena, Glastonbury, NME Awards and BBC
Radio 1 Big Weekend.
For the past ten years her work has taken her all over the world and she has been internationally commissioned to choreograph at Lollapalooza Chicago, Saitama Super Arena Tokyo and for PlayStation 4 in Los Angeles.
She has taught choreography workshops all over the world in places such as America, China, Abu Dhabi, Iceland and all over the UK.
Emma Houston
Emma Houston is a leading movement artist working across theatre, commercial, competitive, and underground dance scenes. Specializing in Breaking, Emma (also known as ‘Shortbread’) is an Elite Squad member of Breaking GB and was one of five UK Breakers to represent the country in the Olympic pathway over the last three years. Currently, they are a member of the dance companies SAY Dance’s ‘Hot in Here’, Gorilla Circus’s ‘RPM’, and Candybomber Kate’s ‘The Fray Game’.
Emma started their dance journey with Hip Hop after being inspired by the film You Got Served. They went on to train in Contemporary Dance Theatre in London at Laban. A sought-after artist, Emma has a wealth of experience in theatre productions, including the West End with Zoonation’s Message In A Bottle and Olivier Award-winning UK Hip Hop Theatre companies Boy Blue (REDD and Free Your Mind) and Far From the Norm’s Union Black, to name a few.
Their own company, HDC, has created notable works such as The Purple Jigsaw: an ode to gender non-conformity celebrated through the styles of Breaking and Vogue, and Like Mercury: a BIDF and Ace-funded commission exploring the theme of showing up whole outside of society’s norms, as told through a queer lens.
Emma has also collaborated with brands such as Adidas, Levi’s, and Nike, and appeared in print for ASOS, I Am Hip-Hop Magazine, DIVA magazine, and the Hip Hop Dance Almanac. This Autumn, Emma will be a guest lecturer at the London Contemporary Dance School.

Hollie Victoria
Hollie Victoria began dancing at a young age, starting with ballet and eventually transitioning into a career in professional gymnastics.
She travelled the world to compete, reaching an international level and culminating at the British Championships.
After diverting from gymnastics, Hollie embraced a career change into the world of dance, starting her training at Insteps Dance School in Ludlow.
Her career took off in 2004 when she was crowned the winner of Wade Robson’s MTV Shakedown, set in the U.K. This led to her dancing for Ashanti in the “Only You” music video.
Two years later, Hollie competed on BBC1’s Strictly Dance Fever, where she was crowned the winner with her dance partner, Darrien Wright.
This success opened many doors for her, allowing her to experience different areas within the entertainment industry.
Gaining experience and knowledge within the musical theatre world and the West End, Hollie appeared in Fame, Footloose, Michael Jackson Thriller Live, Pied Piper Theatre Productions with Boy Blue Entertainment, and Musical Rocks, many of which were U.K. and European tours.
Alongside this, Hollie appeared in adverts for brands such as Orange mobile phones, Mazda cars, and Toyota, and she worked as an assistant choreographer on a Christmas edition for House of Fraser.
Hollie strives for versatility, holding a deep passion for experiencing as many different areas in her field as possible.
Having taken on roles in music videos, movie premieres, choreography, and judging all over the U.K., her experiences have grown significantly.
These experiences inspired Hollie to create and share her knowledge by founding the H V Dance Collective, where she choreographs show pieces, competition sets, and performs on the Move It main stage.
Hollie believes there is still much more to learn and achieve, as growth is a continuous journey. Being surrounded by the upcoming generations, Hollie feels continually inspired.
Kayla Lomas-Kirton
Kayla Lomas-Kirton is one of our head judges. A dance artist and choreographer with a passion for communicating stories through movement. She is highly respected for her versatility, which has taken her world wide, judging, teaching, performing and choreographing for competitions, film, and theatre.
She is a leading member, choreographer and head of education for BirdGang Ltd.

Kieran Lai
Kieran Lai is a dedicated full-time content creator and accomplished professional dancer with an inspiring journey. His dance career began at the age of 13 through self-taught techniques learned from YouTube videos, which propelled him to the Semi-Finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2014 as an extraordinary soloist. His distinctive style seamlessly blends Popping, Animation, Waving, Hip Hop, and Krump, masterfully incorporating storytelling into every performance.
Kieran’s talents earned him a place in the original cast of the West End show & Juliet, 2019 – 2022. Beyond the stage, Kieran’s social media influence extends through collaborations with renowned brands such as Pokemon, Vitamin Water, TikTok, and Samsung. His impressive portfolio of brand partnerships and compelling advertisements showcases his versatility and solidifies his position as a multifaceted talent in both content creation and dance.

Ola Papior
Ola’s dance journey started at the age of 8 in Poland, sparked by a fascination with music videos on MTV. This early passion turned into a career that inspired her to move to London in 2013.
Since then, Ola has carved out a stellar career as a dancer, gracing stages alongside global icons like Rihanna, Alexandra Burke, and Olly Murs and captivating audiences on popular TV shows such as X Factor, Brit Awards, and Netflix show – Dance 100. She also performed on the hip-hop theatre stages with productions called The Tide (Talawa production) and 1st London showing of Fray (CandyBomber production) in 2023. In 2024, she participated in the 2nd showing of Fray as a Choreographer, Dance Capitan and Rehearsal Director. Ola’s artistry extends beyond performance; She has taught in over 20 countries, guiding aspiring dancers to new heights in their training and careers.
Ola’s style is deeply rooted in Street Dance, underpinned by a keen sense of musicality, meticulous attention to detail, and infectious groove. With over two decades of experience, she embarks on a new chapter as a choreographer, armed with a wealth of knowledge and skills honed over years of practice.
In 2024, Ola launched We Grow 360 – a platform dedicated to empowering freelance dance artists to build sustainable and fulfilling careers. With boundless passion, creativity, and an ever-present smile, she continues to shape the dance landscape, embracing each new challenge with passion and excitement.
